Spare Parts Service: HELIOS offer exile packages to allow you to select the relevant spare parts for your feeding system. From a bowl feeder drive unit spring and shim pack to a spare hopper belt HELIOS have an off the shelf stock of spares available worldwide throughout the HELIOS network. Upon request HELIOS can provide a recommended spares package for old and new equipment.

Training: HELIOS can also provide training packages to maintenance departments. Fitting of spares and general housekeeping alongside the basic theory of bowl feeding are included on the day.

High Speed Robot (Open Type)

3 & 5 Axis Servo Robot (Standard Series)

Three axis high speed AC servo traverse robot is applicable to horizontal

injection molding machine range from 100T to 500T for product take out.

Vertical arm is telescopic type, traverse axis (Z), crosswise axis (X) and

vertical axis (Y) driven by AC servo motor. It is mainly used food container,

cutlery and some other thin wall products with cycle time 3s-6s. Robot dry cycle time is 2.8s and fetch time is 0.6s. Use high precision linear guide,

robot runs very smoothly.

3 & 5 Axis Servo Robot (Standard Series)

Three & Five axis AC servo traverse robot is applicable to horizontal injection molding machine range from 80T to 300T for product and sprue take out. Vertical arm is standard series, one arm and two arms as per your requirement according to mould type (2 plates or 3 plates). Traverse axis (Z), crosswise axis (X) and vertical axis (Y) driven by AC servo motor. All servo robot advantages: high

precision, easy operating, smooth running and faster speed. It is mainly used.for insert and some other high precision products.

used for long size product, like PET preform etc.

is telescopic type, traverse axis (Z), crosswise axis (X) and vertical axis (Y) driven by AC servo motor. AC axis and BC axis for your choice. All servo robot

advantages: high precision, easy operating, smooth running, faster speed, stronger structure and longer working life. It mainly used for medium size product, like air conditioner parts, auto parts etc.

It has ranges of model P650 and P850T, with two types of arms single.
